Williams Flower & Gift - Happy Valley Florist

Ordered flowers over the phone this evening. Nicole was kind and efficient. Also, she was clear about cost, including service fee, which is substantial. Flowers to be delivered out of state, so hopefully they are as lovely as Nicole’s helpful assistance. Will provide another review after flowers are delivered.

I will never use this service again. First things first, they dropped off the flowers on the porch in the heat. They didn't “deliver” my anniversary flowers to my wife who was inside waiting. By the time my wife opened the door to check the mailbox the “flowers” were druping and looking weak because they were left in the heat for hours. Second: They are NOT located in Happy Valley, so you are NOT supporting a local florist. They are out of Hillsborough. Third: the quality of the bouquet is NOT worth the $117 I paid. What I asked for was a bouquet of tulips. I was told that they didn’t have those but I will get something close. What my wife received was “Arrangement (vased) - designer's choice colorful bouquet. please include peonies and calalilies. confirmed with designer.” That description was on the invoice. Well the designer chose a nice enough vase and put a sub-par collage of flowers in it. Sorry for all the emotional rhetoric. I’m out of town and depended on this service to have my back. Won’t happen again. Once bitten, twice shy.

I called to place my order for same day delivery and Valerie (I believe that is her name) was so helpful getting me all set up so my friend would receive her flowers on her bday. I would definitely use William’s again!

I placed the flower order via telephone. Always pleasant to talk to someone from the area about business and weather. Florist was able to confirm that the shop had the product available for the design selected. The price point for the design was very reasonable. Delivery was amazingly inexpensive given the distance of travel needed. I have used Williams for years and will continue to patronize the business. Regards, WC

We have ordered flower bouquets from Williams Flower & Gift the last couple years to send to my MIL for her birthday and have been so impressed with both the service and the flowers! We are out of state and it’s so nice knowing we can trust Williams to put together such a beautiful arrangement to let her know that we’re thinking about her!
